Ten facts why you should go on an adventure

to three African countries at once

1.The width of the Victoria Falls reaches about 1800 m, with a height of 120 m. It is the only waterfall included in the seven natural wonders of the world

2.The waterfall got its name in honor of Queen Victoria. It happened in 1855 when it was discovered by the pioneer Livingstone.

3.In the Mosi oa Tunya Nature Reserve in Zambia, you can walk in the bush among the rhinoceros

4. An interesting fact is that locals in Zambia and Zimbabwe have nicknamed the waterfall "Loud Smoke" because the noise from the water is so loud that nothing can be heard.

5.In 1905, a railway was laid here, thanks to which many people were able to see with their own eyes all the power and beauty of Victoria Falls.

6.Falling water forms spray and fog that rises more than 400 m. It is interesting that the fog can be seen from a distance of 50 km.

7.Even just being near a waterfall can quickly get wet, as the air contains the smallest particles of water.

8.Rafting on the Zambezi is one of the most difficult commercial rafting trips in the world.

9.Often over Victoria you can see a night rainbow born by the light of the moon.

10.Chobe Park in Botswana is the most densely populated park in Africa, its territory is home to the continent's largest elephant population of about 50,000.

Morning, breakfast in the lodge (included in the price). The first half of the day is devoted to a morning safari in Hwange Nature Reserve. Hwange is the oldest and largest national park in Zimbabwe. It was created in 1928 on the territory where the Ndebele royal family used to hunt. The park is distinguished by a variety of natural zones and a wealth of animal and plant life. 105 species of mammals, about 400 species of birds and about 260 species of trees and shrubs live here.

However, the main pride of the park is herds of giant African elephants, which tourists can observe from cars or from special viewing platforms. We will also try to find predators, lions, hyenas, and if we are lucky, even a leopard!

Day 3
30
.04.2024

After breakfast, we leave Hwange Nature Reserve and return to Victoria Falls.

Today we are waiting for a tour of the wonder of the world - Victoria Falls or Mosi-oa-Tunya, which translates as thundering smoke. Waterfall view from the Zimbabwean side is considered the most beautiful!

Check-in at the hotel and after lunch we will go on an exciting walk along the Victoria Falls from the Zimbabwean side. Trails with viewing platforms go along the line of the water falling, which is as much as 2 kilometers! The water roars down from a height of 110 meters and breaks into millions of small drops, which will seem like real rain. The suspension of drops is visible at a distance of several tens of kilometers from Victoria.

By the way, don't forget raincoats if you don't want to get wet down to your underwear and take care of your equipment. Return to the hotel.

(Meal: breakfast is included)

Day 4
01.05.2024

Today we have free day for rest and additional options (not included in the price). If you are ready to take a risk, welcome to the most famous commercial rafting on the Earth - on the rapids of the Zambezi (which has the 5th highest difficulty category).

4_1.jpg
4_2.jpg

Adrenaline will simply go off the scale, because here, on the Zambezi, we will try to pass 15 of the most difficult rapids. This rafting is an unparalleled flow of emotions, and those of you who risk getting into this roaring water element will feel like real heroes. However, you should remember that there are great risks of injuries and other dangerous moments. Rafting will take half a day including instruction and lunch.

4_3.jpg

Nevertheless, there will be an alternative to rafting – helicopter flights over the Victoria Falls! They are called the flights of Angels. After seeing the waterfall for the first time, the pioneer David Livingstone said: "The waterfall is so beautiful that even angels from heaven fly to admire it!" Yes, it is, the views from the air are simply incredible.

Also we will pass PCR tests for Zambia and Botswana today. Towards the evening, we will go on a cruise on the upper Zambezi. In addition to hippos and crocodiles, we may see elephants at the watering hole.

In addition, we will meet the sunset with a romantic dinner with drinks in the middle of the great Zambezi River! (breakfast and dinner are included)

Day 5
02
.05.2024

Getting up, breakfast.  Check-out. Today we are getting covid pcr tests results to visit Zambia. Transfer to Zambia. Crossing the legendary bridge over the Zambezi, beyond the formalities at the border, staying in a hotel within walking distance of Victoria Falls. Giraffes, zebras, and monkeys live here, right on the territory of the hotel :)

Giraffes, zebras, monkeys live here, right on the hotel grounds;) They will also meet us and if they are in a good mood with them it is even possible to make selfies with them! But you have to be very careful!

But that's not all, we will visit the beautiful African Victoria Falls from the Zambian side. We'll walk along the rushing streams of the Zambezi. We'll walk across a suspension bridge and explore Livingstone Island with stunning views of Victoria Falls from the Zambian side.

It will be possible to walk down by the Zambezi itself and swim in one of its turbulent tributaries.

Meals Breakfast included.

Day 6
03
.05.2024

In the morning we relax or you can turn your fantasies into reality - for an additional fee, fly a delta glider over Victoria and the Zambezi. It's fantastic!

Or there is the opportunity to walk with lions or cheetahs! There are only a few places in Africa where there is still an opportunity to do this. Yes, it is the adrenaline you will get from any of the above options!

After lunch we all head out in jeeps for a safari where the highlight will be a rhino walking safari in the Mosi-oa-Tunya Game Reserve! We may encounter elephants, giraffes, gazelles and zebras along the way in open SUVs.

Then after going through the formalities of taking the Rangers, we will split into two groups and drive into the African bush. We will spend about an hour there looking for and observing rhinos, there are only 8 of them left.

6_2.jpg

If we are lucky, we get to see and observe them up close from a distance of 15-20 meters. It's a very cool experience and feeling, and even when taking selfies in their background, you can hear snorting and breathing.

Rhinos are not tame, so you need to keep your distance and behavioral rules. Then jeeps will take us along the Zambezi River to the border.

On the way we are sure to meet more animals, possibly hippos and elephants.  Return to the hotel, rest (Meals: breakfast included)

Day 7
04
.05.2024

This morning you can still go and admire the Victoria Falls! Next we say goodbye to Zambia and head to Botswana! We have about a two hour drive to the border on the Zambezi River. Cross the border and drive to settlement in the afternoon.

Chobe Park, the oldest in the country, is located on an area of about 11 thousand square kilometers, and is currently the third largest in Botswana. The reserve is known for its huge population of elephants, which is about 50 thousand individuals.

The number of animals here is greater than in any national park in Africa. Huge concentrations of elephants can be seen just in the dry season as elephants converge on the Chobe and Kwando rivers for watering.

(Meals; breakfast and dinner included.)

Day 8
05
.05.2024

Two more interesting safaris await us today. There are four different zones in the park. The most accessible and frequently visited is Chobe Riverfront, known for its large herds of elephants and buffalo that come here for watering during the dry winter months.

During this season, in the afternoon, you can see hundreds of elephants at a time. You can find yourself surrounded by elephants, the main road becomes impassable as many family herds cross it on their way to the river where they drink, bathe and play.

On the bends of the river you can see buffalo, giraffe, kudu, impala, warthog, baboons. Let's try to look for predators - lion, leopard, hyenas and jackals.

In the afternoon we will have a river cruise and see the other side of the reserve. We will have the opportunity to see hippos, crocodiles and a huge number of water birds up close and observe them in their natural environment.

More than 460 bird species have been recorded in the park, making it one of Africa's leading bird safari destinations.

Finally we will meet a magnificent sunset on the Chobe River! Return and rest. (Meals: breakfast and dinner included)

Day 9
06
.05.2024

Our adventures in Botswana are coming to an end. We pack up and leave for Zimbabwe, go through another passport control, transfer to a bus and drive to Victoria Falls.

We did a full ring around the Victroya Falls and the surrounding area of the great Zambezi River!

Check in to your hotel and then after relaxing, meet the sunset for a romantic farewell dinner with drinks in the middle of the great Zambezi River! (Meals: breakfast and dinner included).

Day 10

We say goodbye to Africa and our beloved new friends. Transfer to the airport. Flight home (Meals: breakfast included.)
